Free Online Consultation

During the first consultation we can have a brief chat to see where you need support in your life.
This is a good opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and ask any questions you might
have.
This can take place over zoom or in person. Consultations aren’t a requirement before your first
session and completely up to your own preference.

Counselling & Psychotherapy

Clients typically begin with 6 sessions at the same time each week. All sessions are client led and
facilitated to ensure you feel the space whether online or in-person is yours. Often the first session
can be about getting to know one another and finding out what is happening for you in your life
right now that you require that bit of extra support. After six weeks we have a check-in and reflect
on the therapy so far. This gives us a chance to consider goals you had at the beginning of the
process and what you want to work on going forward.
I work from a trauma-informed and integrative framework of psychotherapy. Depending on the
nature of what each client is bringing to therapy different therapeutic methods will be brought into
the session. The therapeutic process is a collaborative and transparent process where we work
together to meet your needs as much as possible.
